🎒 Work Essentials
We want to make sure you’re set up for success from day one.
- Laptop:
- New team members are expected to use their own laptops. Palm recommends these [Specs Guideline] as a general guideline.
- In special cases where a personal laptop is unavailable and the role depends on specific technical requirements, please reach out to Palm’s management for discussion.

🛠️ Additional Equipment
If you require tools beyond the basic setup, Palm provides a one-time equipment allowance of up to ÂŁ50, available after your first three months to support your comfort and productivity at work.
- Eligibility: The equipment must be:
- Directly needed for your role.
- Reasonably priced as an individual item.
- How to Request:
- Complete the Equipment Request Form.
- Submit your request directly to Palm (not the client).
- Include:
- What you need (item name and link).
- Approximate cost.
- Why it is required for your role and how it will help you work effectively.
